Ground Team Member 3 (GTM-3), Urban Direction Finding (UDF) equipment & Mission Staff Assistant (MSA) Training at Valley Camp, North Bend, Washington

This activity will be conducted in the foothills of the Cascade mountain range in North Bend, Washington.  It will be an opportunity to experience a realistic Ground SAR training environment that combines teamwork and individual skills to become proficient in the ground team mission.

Offering instruction on GTM 3, UDF & MSA. Further specifics coming! 
Sign offs for successfully passed evaluations (ESTA sign-offs per usual ESTA process).

Students transporting from ESTA will register through normal channels, pay the normal ESTA fee, and spend Saturday only at this location in a joint training effort. ESTA participants will not be charged the Valley Camp location fee.

Equipment list applies to GTM & UDF trainees – any questions, please contact me. Expect RAIN!
‘Cause it ain’t training, unless it’s rainin’!  Ground team trainees will be building shelters to sleep in this weekend.

MSA students may bring tents and it’s highly recommended you bring the items on the equipment list below 
(with the exception of navigation equipment & field specific clothing).  You must be prepared for weather!

RV hookups (elect/water) for extra fee - Senior members only, please inquire.

You will receive a confirmation email with reporting instructions by Thursday evening.

Green River has 5 spots left in their van, which leaves Auburn at 1815 hrs. Email 1st Lt Jessica Jerwa if you need a seat.
