The SLS is part of the Level II of the professional development program for senior members. The primary goal is to prepare members to contribute at the squadron level and provide an understanding of how those operations are an integral part of CAP’s national missions. The SLS is also an excellent way to meet, network, and learn with other CAP officers in an enjoyable, and interactive classroom setting.

PREREQUISITES:               Level 1 and assigned specialty track

UNIFORM:                          USAF Blues, CAP Corporate, CAP Polo/grey trousers
                                                NO BDUs or Flight suits allowed

LOCATION:                         Seattle Composite Squadron
King County Emergency Management Building
7300 Perimeter Road, Seattle, WA 98108

DATE/TIME:                        14-15 January 2017
Class will start at 0800 and dismissal will be at approximately 1600 each day
Break for lunch at noon

TRAVEL/FOOD:                 Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging
Morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided at the class
Attendees may bring their own lunch or go to one of the restaurants in the area

REGISTRATION:                Deadline to register is 23 December 2016
Course fee is $25 and registration is limited to 25 students. Sign up soon!

HOW TO REGISTER:        1) Submit CAP Form 17 and payment directly to WAWG HQ by email at pd@wawg.cap.gov or mail to the address below:

The $25 registration fee may be paid by personal check or by squadron funds transfer. Checks should be made out to “CAP” and be sure to note the fee is for Seattle Squadron SLS Registration. For funds transfers, submit a Washington Wing Reimbursement Request Form 4 (WWF4) to wawa@wawg.cap.gov
2) Email Course Director Capt. Ignacio Hoyos ignacio.hoyos@wawg.cap.gov with your name, CAPID, grade, unit, and indicate that you have submitted CAP Form 17 and payment to WAWG HQ
